What we collect and why

Your postcode, house type and bedrooms, to work out your price.
Your name and mobile, when you ask to see a price, so we can follow up about your windows on WhatsApp or by text.
Your name, email, mobile, address and access notes, when you join a plan, so we can clean your windows, message you the evening before and after each clean, and take payment.
Your email, if you join the waiting list, so we can tell you when we reach your area.

We use your details to provide the service you asked for (contract), and to follow up a price you requested (legitimate interests). We never sell your details or use them for anything else.

Who else sees them

GoCardless sets up and collects your Direct Debit. Your bank details go straight to them; we never see them. GoCardless privacy notice.
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores our customer list.
WhatsApp carries the messages we send you.
Google, only if you accept cookies (below).

Cookies

If you press Accept on the cookie banner, Google Ads cookies tell us which of our ads led to a price or a sign-up. If you press No thanks, no advertising cookies are set. We also count, without cookies or any personal details, how many visitors reach each step of the price form. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will show again.

How long we keep them

Customer details for as long as you're on the round, then up to 6 years for our accounts. Price requests and waiting-list emails that don't become customers are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, or ask us to correct or delete them, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
